  • Participate in the development of internal credentialing processes.
  • Keep records in licenses, credentials and insurance contracts.
  • Filling initial applications and submit it to insurance companies to get our staff credential.
  • Communicating with insurance companies about the queries raised during entire credentialing process until its gets done.
  • Taking care of re-credential process before expiry.

Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Should be able to handle accounts of USA.

  • Communicate with person in USA office for daily work.
  • Complete the task within the provided timeline.
  • Maintain current and accurate files and record date any actions and detailed file notes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Account of USA Must.
  • 1+ years of accounting experience with small / medium businesses
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, finalization of statements and tax return preparation
  • Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred
  • Experience using cloud accounting solutions including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Accounting CS, MYOB.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2 years relevant US Accounts Experience
  • Strong Technical, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • US Accounting Knowledge
  • Comfortable with Night shifts

Shift Timings: – Night Shift.

Education:

UG: – Any Graduate.

Key Skills:

  • US Accounting, Sales Tax, Quickbooks, US Payroll, Bank Reconciliation
